Museum Zer0 - Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo - Architects Manuel Gomes da Costa / Pedra Silva Arquitectos

In 2025, the former grain silos and buildings of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo will become the permanent home of the Zer0 Museum, the first museum dedicated exclusively to digital art in Portugal.

The former cooperative itself is already a kind of museum, because it was designed in the 1950s by the modernist architect Manuel Gomes da Costa from Faro. It was his graduation project at the architecture school in Porto and afterwards he was allowed to build it.
